Booking and cancellation.
Surfing depends on the ocean and the weather, so our policy aims to be fair to our guests and our team.
How do I book and pay?
Book at least 2 hours before the lesson. A deposit of at least 30% of the full price confirms your booking. Pay it by QR code, Wise or local bank transfer.
Start times depend on your level and the tide. We send you the schedule 12 hours before your lesson. Beginners surf at low tide for safety. Intermediate and advanced surfers surf at high tide for better waves.
What is included?
Drinking water, rash guard and leggings, a surfboard, transport to the surf spot. Just bring your swimsuit. Surfers from 5 years old, with no upper age limit.
Payment options
Pay a deposit of at least 30% of the full price to confirm your booking. We send you the exact payment details on WhatsApp when you book. Choose the method that suits you.
QR code
Scan our payment QR code with your banking or e-wallet app.
Wise
Send the deposit from your Wise account in your own currency.
Local bank transfer
Transfer to our Indonesian bank account.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- Cancelling more than 24 hours before
- Full refund or free rescheduling.
- Cancelling less than 24 hours before
- A cancellation fee may apply, or the booking payment may be forfeited.
- No-shows
- If you do not arrive at the meeting point and have not contacted us, you may forfeit your booking payment.
- Rescheduling
- Ask at least 24 hours ahead, subject to availability. Contact us as early as you can.
- Ocean and weather conditions
- If our coaches decide conditions are unsafe, we postpone or reschedule. You can reschedule at no extra cost, or get a full refund if we cannot offer another session.
- Late arrivals
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your lesson. Late arrivals may get a shorter session, and the missed time may not be refunded.
- Health and safety
- Tell your coach about any physical limitation. Coaches can change or stop a lesson if continuing would be unsafe.
